You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its contents
• Collection and use of any product listings or descriptions
• Derivative use of the Platform or its contents
• Downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another party
• Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools

6. User Content

Users may have the opportunity to post, submit, or share content on the Platform. By posting content, you grant Zappyloo a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, publicly perform, and display such content.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

7. Virtual Items and Credits

Zappyloo may offer virtual items or credits as part of the entertainment experience. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Virtual items and credits have no real-world value
• Virtual items and credits cannot be exchanged for real money or real goods
• Virtual items and credits are non-transferable between accounts
• We reserve the right to manage, modify, or eliminate virtual items at our discretion
• Virtual items and credits are licensed, not sold, to you

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Zappyloo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zappyloo, its directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zappyloo and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Zappyloo is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Platform shall be instituted in the courts of the aforementioned jurisdiction.
